Domenic Manchisi, Broker
Domenic's career started in 1996 completing the requirements of the Onatrio Real Estate Association to recieve his Realtors licence. Domenic continued his education to complete the Appraisal, Mortgage Financing, Property Law and Property Management to then obtain his Brokers licence.
Domenic owned and operated a brokerage early in his career with much success. Domenic decided in 2001 to join with Prudential Town Centre with the vision of servicing his clients better. Domenic's experience and agressive negotiating skills are vital in this business. Any agent can list your house but Domenic's knowledge and ability to negotiate constuctively gives his clients piece of mind when dealing with the most important investment in their lives.
Domenic Manchisi takes the Real Estate business one step further offering in house Mortgage Financing and Refinancing. Domenic decided to obtain his Mortgage Licence to further assist his clients with their mortgage needs. Domenic joined the Financial Forum who offers over 25 years of experience helping individuals achieve their home ownership dreams.
